1. Acceptance

By creating an account on Ender AI you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

Ender AI builds Minecraft mods for the Fabric loader on demand from a natural-language prompt and provides a chat assistant for Minecraft questions. Build success is a best-effort attempt; we do not guarantee that any specific mod will compile, behave as you envisioned, or be free of bugs.

3. Account

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity on your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service, fraudulently obtain trials, share credentials, or violate these Terms.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. Plans renew automatically until cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then. Plan quotas (mods/month, chat questions/day) are listed on the pricing page and may change with 30 days' notice.

5. Free trial

The 14-day free trial is limited to one per person. Cards are fingerprinted on signup; using the same card across multiple emails to obtain additional trials is forbidden and may result in permanent ban.

6. Intellectual property

You own the mods Ender AI generates for you. You grant us a non-exclusive licence to host and display mods you mark as published on the public gallery. You can unpublish at any time.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use Ender AI to: (a) generate mods that violate Mojang's EULA or commercial-use terms; (b) generate mods designed to harm, cheat against, or destabilise multiplayer servers without authorisation; (c) attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the service; (d) submit prompts that target real persons abusively, contain malware, or are otherwise illegal under applicable law.

8. Limitation of liability

Ender AI is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost saves, corrupted worlds, or downtime. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced by email and on the dashboard at least 14 days before they take effect.
