7-day money-back guarantee

If you're not satisfied within 7 days of your first paid subscription (any plan), email support@ender.app with your account email and we'll refund the full amount, no questions asked.

After 7 days

After the first 7 days, refunds are at our discretion. Cancel anytime from Plans — your subscription stays active for the rest of the current billing period and is not renewed.

Free trial

The 14-day trial is free; there's nothing to refund. The card on file is for fraud prevention only and is never charged unless you opt-in to a paid plan when the trial ends.

Mod build failures

When the mod-maker fails to produce a working JAR after 10 iterations, that does not count toward your monthly mod quota. Free revisions on a successful build also don't count. You're only charged for builds that succeed and you finalise.

Chargebacks

If you have an issue, please contact us before initiating a chargeback — we'll usually resolve it faster than your bank can. Accounts that initiate chargebacks before contacting support may be suspended pending review.
